Set your alarm for some ungodly early hour, like say 1 hour before you usually get up. When the alarm goes off, choose:
Hit snooze: victory is delayed, but as a reward, sleep a bit longer
Get up before your usual hour: you win!
If you win, spend your remaining time doing something you don’t normally do, like reading a book, eating a bagel, or sitting on the couch staring vaguely into space.
